Mondays 10-11:15 a.m. Sept. 13-Oct. 25 (no class Oct. 11): Gentle Flow Class: A nurturing and rejuvenating sequence of yoga postures, breath work and deep relaxation. Develop greater awareness of your body, mind and breath while practicing the art of being present. Open to all levels of practice, including those new to yoga.
Thursdays 7:30-8:45 p.m. Sept. 16-Oct. 21: Yoga Re-Boot Class: Rebalance, recharge and restore with this fun, energetic sequence of postures focused on breath and alignment. Develop flexibility, strength, and balance. Find surrender and ease in your mind and body during the final relaxation sequence. Open to all levels of practice, including those new to yoga.
